Led the planning and execution of the closet sale and closet swap section, effectively managing and delegating tasks for a team of 6+. Oversaw all logistical aspects, including coordinating rack rentals, streamlining operations for the closet swap and sale, managing cashier duties, and ensuring seamless event setup and takedown. Maintained clear and consistent communication with Michelle Phan and Nava Rose’s team to align on event logistics and deliver a smooth, well-organized experience for all participants.
